Recently had an issue with my Pentair salt chlorinator cell, and after trying a few fixes on my own, I reached out to Pentair customer service. They referred me to Heath from H2O Pool Supply, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Not only was Heath responsive and professional, but his depth of knowledge really shone through. Thanks to him, my chlorinator is back in top shape. Highly recommend Heath for any pool service needs!

Bought a new pool light from Pentair that went bad a week after installation. H2O Pro Pool was the authorized warranty repair contractor assigned by Pentair. While it took Pentair a while to ship the new replacement pool light, as soon as it arrived, I got a call from H2O pro saying they will be at my house Monday morning to replace the light. I was not at home during the time of the repair, but left my side gate open. This had to be the most efficient repair process ever. Heath came, replaced the pool light and left, my family at home didn't even notice he was there. Until I got home from work I didn't even know that he had stopped by. I just went to my pool light, flicked the switch and it was on!Thanks Heath for the quick and efficient service!

Our 10 year pool guy has shut down services and referred Heath. My wife texted him and came to quote our pool same day. Super efficient, he called back to check on us and our pool so good communication here. Hector our pool guy is very kind and has been doing a great job so far. They had even replaced our vacuum leaf gasket! Hope to get more 10 years of no problem pool service.
