Ez Computer Solutions is the best place to go for anything computer and technology related. If they don't have the answer for you right away they will get you an answer. They have an extensive staff with a good support team and the owners are amazing.We got a computer through them that has had no issues whatsoever for 2 years. Their customer service has been great with the owner giving us a ring every once in a while to see if the computer is still doing well.They have also helped us with a number of our computer issues and they don't charge a crazy fee like best buy or fry's use to. I purchased a laptop from Dell through these guys to be able to do rendering for AutoCAD and also play games when I have some free time. It was ok, but ran slow when playing games so I called up Ryan and he was able to get the laptop returned without us having to pay for the restocking fee that Dell requires.I then got a top of the line Alienware desktop with Dell Pro Support in exchange for the laptop and it has been working great! Any time I have a problem, I can just call or text Ryan and I get a response right away. He's always been super helpful and professional.
