My experience has been that Eco Cleaners is a fantastic dry cleaner and launderer in Chino Hills right near Starbucks off of Chino Hills Parkway.

I feel like a million bucks every time I wear clothing cleaned by this dry cleaner. They are fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Love this place.

great service I brought a dress to get cleaned. was ready when they said. when I went to pick up I brought a shirt just to get pressed and they did it right away. I'll definitely be back thank you eco cleaners

I've been coming here for years and the service is always good and friendly. They are friendly family owned business. My first or second experience with them they lost a silk pocket square of mine. For a pocket square it was fairly expensive. Without skipping a beat he apologized a lot and offered to pay me for it - I told him mistakes happen and to give me a credit for future cleanings. He was appreciative of the resolution. I was appreciative of how he handled the situation. I've gotten my clothes cleaned here for years and it always comes out great - any issues with stains I point out and they get them out every time. I had a few things altered and it came out fantastic. They have a well run business but what makes them or anyone a 5 star business is how they handle mistakes and customer service issues - everyone looks good when things are going well... how you respond to issues is what separates the good from bad and the good from the great.
