It's such a beautiful location! The process to book and register for an appointment was incredibly easy and fast. The frames were all so pretty and neatly aligned! Technology they utilized made the experience so simple and comfortable. The doctor himself was very patient and listened thoroughly to my concerns and experiences, he walked me through astigmatism and benefits of corrective glasses. They also took the time to explain my insurance benefits and pricing before settling on a purchase! I recommend this location to anyone in search of honest and reliable eye care.
The best optometry I've ever visited. Five star environment and service. Staff are very professional and patient. Very bright, clean and stylish designed. Family friendly with entertainment for kids. Nice waiting room and seating area. More modern equipment than usual other places. Dr. Steven is very nice! Would love to go back!
We were surprised by the pleasant experience of visiting Bright Vision Optometry. This is a well-run office that puts patients first. Our previous experiences with other optometrist offices were not so lucky. Dr. Soong was patient and explained in detail my mother's condition and laid out our options. My mom was very satisfied with the exam process. The office staff was friendly and professional, always making sure patients were cared for. My mom bought a pair of glasses that she likes from their nice selection. I saw people of all ages there and I can see why.
