ACT Construction

ACT Construction completed a garage conversion into an ADU, handling architectural design and final permit approval by the city. The outside was built to look like a natural extension of the house. The main room is used as a theater, with the floor, ceiling, and walls re-done to fully conform to the city's permit requirements. There is a full kitchenette and a bathroom that required digging to the city sewer line, plus water and electrical connections, all handled by the team. Payments were made after work was completed, and text, email, and phone calls were responded to efficiently. The contractor was always available with suggestions, and overall the construction was a positive experience. ACT Construction is experienced, thorough, communicative, and does not nickle and dime on pricing. They are friendly and easy to deal with. The work surpassed expectations, and they are recommended to all friends. They were reliable, responsive, and paid attention to even the smallest details. The team was professional from start to finish, communicated clearly, showed up when promised, and handled every detail with care. The quality of the work exceeded expectations, and they take pride in craftsmanship and customer service. They recently remodeled bathrooms, working with the challenges of an old house to solve them and give the bathrooms that were hoped for.
