The only reason I didn’t rate 5 out of 5 is that it wasn’t clear to me that they couldn’t do yearly services due the distance between us. They conveyed that it would be less expensive for us to find someone local. And gave us a suggestion to who to use. Universal electric was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew was fantastic to deal with. I hope my earlier review didn’t impact anyone’s decision about them.”
