Urgent Plus Advanced Medical Center is a pleasant and friendly medical center that offers excellent care. The staff is professional, informative, and provides great customer service. Patients feel loved and supported by the team, who value their work and guide them to the right solutions. Doctors, including Dr. Mkhitarian and Dr. Aram, are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The medical assistants are kind, helpful, and polite. The center is also noted for its cleanliness and short wait times, making it a great choice for urgent care needs.
I just want to say that this clinic was amazing. I flew in from Canada and had misplaced medication, they were so kind and so patient with me when there was mix up at the pharmacies. The front desk receptionist was an absolute doll! She was so kind and so accommodating! & the doctor was also so kind and understanding to my needs. I thought Americans were rude, I was wrong, these people were so kind!!
I’m a new patient and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The doctor is incredibly kind, patient, and takes the time to truly listen. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and professional. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care.
Dr. Mkhitarian is the best primary dr I've had so far. His nurses are nice and polite as well as helpful. He gives you an appointment right away not months down the road. I recommend him highly!
