My tech Anthony is amazing. Always on time. Always answers my questions. Always comes happy to do his job and he takes pride in what he does. Pests hate him…but our house loves what he does!

Terminix is not great at communicating inspection appts. The technician apparently showed up with no notice ( which also happened last year but last year I was home). So he did no inspection. I called and complained to Terminix so they rescheduled. They said between 8 and 10 AM. The technician texted me that morning at 8 and said he'd be here in 50 minutes. I was checking the app that shows where the technician is on his route. His car never moved. I texted him, he said there was heavy traffic and he would be here in 50 minutes again...this was at 9 am. Jonathan the termite inspector was amazing. He came today and did a great inspection and provided lots of details. Although we decided we were not in need of treatment yet, he was extremely professional and we will call him back personally for any future concerns.
