They installed our tankless water heater a couple of years ago. During the Palisades Fire they reached out to their customers to see if they needed food, prescriptions, etc. We asked for hot water. Within 2 days they brought 2 60 gallon propane tanks and a battery charger. They converted our tankless water heater from natural gas to propane and will come back when our power and gas is restored to switch it back. No charge at all except actual cost of matey. Amazing! We're customers for life and for sure they'll be pushed to the front of the line at the Pearly Gates!
Outstanding service. I got my tankless system descaled for normal maintenance. Very professional and was completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use this company in the future.
