Updating my prior review from 2015, ....I have now been an SSA Client in Hancock Park for 10 years. During that time I have had occasion to use the Patrol/Response service multiple times. The SSA officers have always responded within minutes and have handled whatever situation or task that was presented. I have zero complaints about the service and several of my neighbors who also use SSA also are in agreement. SSA has an excellent working relationship with LAPD in our neighborhood. In my opinion and that of many of my neighbors, SSA patrol and response service is well worth the cost.
