Best private patrol and response company in Los Angeles. Have been a customer for almost 15 years. They work with all alarm monitoring companies and respond within minutes to calls for service and alarm activations. Many of my neighbors also use SSA and agree they are well worth the monthly cost. Their patrol officers are all very experienced off-duty or retired law enforcement officers. If you are serious about security for your home or business, you won't find a better security patrol service in L.A.
Simply the best-in-industry in private home security in Central LA. Office staff is exceptionally communicative. Officers on patrol are available with almost zero response latency. They take the security of the neighborhood extremely seriously. The entire neighborhood benefits from their presence.
Updating my prior review from 2015, ....I have now been an SSA Client in Hancock Park for 10 years. During that time I have had occasion to use the Patrol/Response service multiple times. The SSA officers have always responded within minutes and have handled whatever situation or task that was presented. I have zero complaints about the service and several of my neighbors who also use SSA also are in agreement. SSA has an excellent working relationship with LAPD in our neighborhood. In my opinion and that of many of my neighbors, SSA patrol and response service is well worth the cost.
