Not everything that breaks can be fixed (especially when new parts are rarer than hens teeth and no longer manufactured). Howard did his best to fix my printer, but no dice. However, when Square Trade (who the warranty was under) required that the broken printer be sent to them, Howard did not hesitate to save me the three hour trip back and shipped the printer to Texas, as requested. Square Trade eMailed me a shipping label and I forwarded it to Howard. I thank him again for his honesty, integrity and helpfulness. Another rare quality in short demand these days. Happy to have met him and I will be back if my next printer refuses to print.

Our Printer Repair Pro Howard was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a clogged printhead and broken main board on an Epson P6000. He was very honest and fair with pricing. He even tried to unclog my printhead before recommending I purchase a new one. He was able to fix our printer quickly and even followed up to make sure it was running correctly the following day. I will definitely be using Printer Repair Pros for any future repairs I need! I cannot recommend them enough!
