“I started going to Cosmetic creations early this year to start getting monthly facials and I go with Ayako who is great! Today, there was a mix up with the scheduling and Ayako wasn’t going to be able to make it, but the owner Rebecca who was finishing up a client asked if I waited a bit she could take me in. She finished attending her client, called the other client who was accidentally booked to arrange times with her and took me in for my clarifying facial. Not only was she on it and professional, but also so sweet and attentive to making sure I was relaxed. She was so informative about my combination skin, asking questions, giving tips, and suggestions. She was diligent in extracting the milia on my face , which I didn’t know what it was until today and I recently started getting it and I was concerned. Not only were the extractions painless, but she also recommended a daily cleanser that I am excited to use.<br><br>Today’s experience encouraged me because Rebecca as the owner, you can tell loves what she does and cares about her business, her clients and providing the best services and making sure they are getting what they show up for and I think great ownership and leadership reflects in the employees and how they work and treat their clients as well and everyone just seems so friendly and they enjoy what they do! Rebecca and Ayako are great!!”
