Hello, my name is Chris Cheung. I signed up for a membership with LA Fitness one month before Covid-19 was a major issue. After the pandemic started, I wasn't able to use my membership. A few months later I was charged annual fees, monthly membership, and another seperate $19.99 fee. I called LA Fitness and they were pretty helpful although they didn't credit the $19.99 fee back. They ended up helping freeze the account because I'm assuming they didn't want to loose their precious customer base. Called and placed on hold. Still on hold as im writing this. The website says its closed (see picture) so im just calling to verify the hours and now its been 2 minutes im on hold. Looks like poor management.

The business seems to keep updating to say that they are open, but they are very clearly in the middle of construction with no ETA of re-open. Having business hours is misleading when I drove over here to use the facilities only to be confused and find out that it doesn't actually exist.
