“After Tropical Storm Hillary hit late summer 2023, it became obvious that the 20-year-old flat portion of our roof wasn't keeping the water out any longer, so we needed to replace that part of the roof quickly before the autumn and winter rains arrived.We solicited several roofing proposals from top rated roofers through Yelp and Top Roofing provided the most complete proposal that responded to all of our needs. The salesperson, Roy, understood our desire to include thicker insulating board since the flat roof has no attic.Although we're sure they had a lot of other customer roof projects at that time due to the recent heavy rains, Top Roofing was able to schedule the work more quickly than we anticipated. They finished the whole project in 2-1/2 days and worked to complete it just as we wanted, including a complex transition to the pitched roof.
