We entered the spa unscheduled but they had space for us. I wanted a simple pedicure. I sat with my feet, now in Cold water for 30 minutes. I understand if there are not enough employees but please be honest. I would not have stayed if I had known. Someone finally came and did my feet, did a good job, I just would have rather come back if they didn’t have the capacity.

I was out of town and needed a gel manicure. I chose Paula's because of the high ratings in Google, and I was very happy with my experience. My tech was Tee, and she was fantastic. I asked her to file my nails "narrower" as they had grown weirdly wide, and she executed it perfectly. She shaped and painted my nails quickly but perfectly. Prices are fair, too.

Another great experience at Paula's! They are always so accommodating! I didn't have an appointment so I did wait a little while but that was to be expected. Helen did a really nice job on my nails and made sure to do what I wanted. Thank you so much! I love this place!
