I am the president of my HOA. We are a community of several hundred single family residents located in the Western San Fernando Valley. Our HOA has had a private security patrol company for many years now, and recently we had two different negative experiences with other security patrol providers. I hesitate to call them competitors to Assertive, which is why I deliberately refer to these 2 prior experiences as coming from 'providers', due to the vast difference in on-site officer quality and performance, and the way in which the owner of the company (Maryam) and her executive management team responds to questions, concerns and requests. Very polite and straight forward , can’t go wrong with this Agency. The hours and pay are great and they will work with your schedule. Whether you’re a veteran or starting your career in private security , this agency is highly recommended
Maryam was extremely helpful!! I was going to require a security guard last minute giving them only about 2 to 3 hours of notice but they worked with me and were ready assist and send a guard my way. In the end I ended up not having to use them for this particular event. Regardless, they helped me in every way possible that they could. I will definitely be using them in the future as they were extremely helpful!
