My air conditioning died in July, 2024, during a heat wave. I live in the San Fernando Valley. It was brutal. Denise, the Project Coordinator was extremely helpful and got me on their schedule. My system is above the second floor in my attic. Jon, Jose, and Kevin removed the unit, hauled it away and installed the new one. They were fantastic! Every aspect of the installation was terrific. Max was great at explaining all of the individual parts of the job, and Kevin was also excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. There was a Home Depot promotion going on for an AC tune up. Figured with summer coming it would be a great time to have my AC looked at. This company was contracted with them. I learned so much from Max. He walked me through the whole inspection. He is very helpful and wants the customer to be knowledgeable about the ins and outs of HVAC. Max did an awesome job explaining what was normal and what was abnormal, he took his time and he genuinely cares. I highly recommend having Max as your go to HVAC guy.
