The guards were friendly but professional, and they handled a couple of situations with calm heads and good judgment. The communication with their management was also solid and quick responses, no runaround, and they checked in a few times just to make sure we were happy with how things were going. Their customer service was awesome too. Any time we had a question or adjust they jumped on it right away and made it super easy. You don’t see that kind of follow-through very often anymore.
I work for Access Control Security. I have been here for nearly a year. My coworkers have always been a blast to work with. Especially, the new guys. The new guys always look at me and examine me. They can tell I’m seasoned and they always ask me advice. Thanks to our honorable Dispatch Team, Human Resources Team, our Scheduling department, and the seasoned Officers who’ve served with dedication. This has been the best job I have ever had. Our communications are on point, our pay has never been inconsistent or incorrect and there isn’t favoritism. If you do a good job they will reward you!
