Every now and again, you come across a company, business, or service that absolutely goes above and beyond, I called his company because I was having an issue with multiple outlets in my house not working, I simply took a photo of my breaker panel and the owner of this company was able to identify the problem over the phone and within 60 seconds, able to walk me through the steps necessary to get my outlets, working again, he could’ve just as easily saw the issue sent out a worker and charged me, but he didn’t, honesty and good business practices are quite rare these days, so I consider this place a gem, and will be using their electrician services from here on out,...read full review
Plugged in a charger to regenerate a portable battery when I heard a crackling sound coming from an outlet in the next room. Was it on fire? Immediately searched Yelp to find a local electrician. My neighbors on Yelp highly recommended WC Electrical so I called and spoke with William who knew exactly what was happening - faulty connection of old electric wiring. He told me how to stay safe and dispatched Mario the next morning. While he fixed the current problem, Mario outlined a few options I have moving forward to avoid future electrical problems. All I can say is, go with Will and Mario all day!!! These guys are a class act. Not the cheapest, but after getting trusted quotes and having family friends say that his prices for the work are not the lowest but extremely fair is an understatement. THEIR WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF! Both the city inspector and the multiple Edison inspectors all passed us on the first time, each stating, wow, these guys did a really really great job, we don't have to redo or cite anything.. and in my opinion, that is WELL WORTH the money. You can be assured the work is done properly. Truly appreciative for these two!!
