Gone here a few times when I’m in a pinch and usually have a good experience. Today I asked for a clean-up and got sent home with thin ugly eyebrows. When I called it out, I was told she “followed my shape”. This has never happened to me before. Like girl, at least apologize. If you want a thicker brow, maybe specify it, TWICE.

I had my brows threaded today at Venitas, in Cerritos, by Manisha, seat #2. Her work is unbelievable! She's one of the best in the business! She takes her time, studies your face, and threads your brows to perfection! I absolutely love this lady's work! Manisha you have a true talent. Your work is amazing.!

My last review was from over 10 years ago so i thought id share an update. Komal in station #3 has been doing all my services since 2017 & never fails to provide quick, high quality service every single time without a doubt. She works Thursday, Friday & Saturdays only. Ive tried allll the other techs in the past as well but did not have a good experience with any of them. Most recently I had a horrible experience with a newer tech who also does eyelash extensions stay away from her! The new receptionist is not too helpful or friendly. Thank god for Komal and her consistently amazing full service!
