This is my first time buying a home and finding the right home inspector is everything! I wanted someone thorough and exceptional, I found that in Brandon’s reviews on Yelp. When we met him in person we also found that he is attentive and very positive! He walked us through with the attitude of “Welcome to your New Home, but this is what you should be aware of.” During the walk-through he pointed out all of the different components that a general contractor would know but would still push us to protect ourselves by following up with a specialist. That is the kind of service you can expect with Brandon. Looking out for the Buyer is his number one. After two issues in the house that he pointed out and that he felt were the immediate concerns, we followed up with specialists and they confirmed what Brandon told us. We feel very grateful for finding Brandon through Yelp because we are excited about our new chapter in our family’s life in moving into a new home. Brandon made us feel so at ease knowing exactly what we are getting into with his very thorough PDF of our new home. We are moving forward in escrow thanks to Brandon’s service.
