I came into Ulta Cerritos towne center as a regular customer. And my experience today was very helpful and happy because of cashier/employee name Adeleni. She always takes the time to help out with any questions I have. Or if a product is in stock or not. Sometimes when I do come in she remembers that I love Hello Kitty themed products. And that is what is so amazing about the helpful service she gives. She always ready to help out and go above. Customer service like that is needed. We as customers at Ulta appreciate the employees that do support and help their customers out. If you go in and see Adeleni. Say hi to her and ask for help on anything there.

This location shines due to the friendly and helpful staff. But what made me visit two days in a row was one particular team member, Seairra. I initially came in to accompany my cousin who needed a color match. Seairra was so good at helping her that even though I wasn't there to shop, I realized I couldn't let her expertise pass me by so I got color matched as well. No surprise that she got it in one try. (She joked that she was a 'one trick pony' lol)
Her deep well of knowledge combined with her approachability and humor immediately created trust which I usually don't experience in retail environments. She also has personal experience with my skin type and reactivity....read full review

I go to that Ulta mainly for one thing... Eyebrow lamination by Antoinette! Antoinette is the sweetest, always professional, never overbearing. She Gives great suggestions. She gets 5 STARS on her own.
