When I circled back in an hour the appointment time was gone so I added myself to the waitlist. In less than an hour Kristie texted me her open slots. She gets an A++ for communication. She sent a text with directions, payment info with an email confirmation. I've never had such a smooth experience booking a sugaring appointment in less than 24 hours. Great customer service! Kristie is the absolute best. The location was easy to find! She talked me through the whole process as it was my first time getting waxed. I felt calm and informed the whole time. Already booked my next appointment and highly recommend her services!
