I am trying to speak to someone but no one is answering the goddam phone. My mom goes to the clinic on grand and Venice and there secretary wears tank tops and tights once she came in late with the doctor not trying to think wrong but I honestly think that's not right. They book patients at the same time. You guys need professional ppl working for front desk ask your workers to wear scrubs or professional clothes. She looks like she works at a dunkin

On hold with corporate office for over an hour. Local office does not give a rip. I’m assuming corporate office doesn’t since they don’t answer the phone. I have a STAT referral for a breast surgeon. Second referral because they screwed the first one up. It is stressful having cancer but even more so realizing I am completely at the mercy of TOI.

I can not say enough about how grateful I am for Dr. Sheri Marquez and her team. She has been especially helpful during these unprecedented times specifically with pain management. She has also been a huge advocate for my care and has been the only Doctor who returns my calls. Also, a huge shout out to Diane who helped me to get an appointment for an MRI in a week at another location versus having to wait a month at the location I was referred to. She really helped to expedite the process so I could begin receiving treatment in a more timely manner. She even called me to let me know the positive results of my MRI as soon as they were available to her, which is important...read full review
