We had an appointment for two of our kids we drove 3 hrs to get to this appointment we waiting in the lobby because the car was hot about 15 min later were told we couldn’t wait in the lobby and were asked to leave we had to wait outside in the hot with our kids. The guys name was Richard. It was so unwelcoming especially the fact that we are not local! Very disappointing

I been asking to get a copy of a bill for 3 weeks ,I have been promised this bill would be mailed and then emailed still haven’t gotten it , this place is so unprofessional to be getting our money for payment of treatment,I really need that bill to send to a insurance company.Im going to ask can I walk in and get it.smdh

I've spent hours/months trying to work with their billing dept. They keep sending a bill to me instead of the insurance company. They keep telling me it's sitting on the eligibility dept. desk. They have all the correct billing information but because of a screwed up, corrupt billing dept, they keep sending it to me. Poorly managed and poorly run company. I've managed customer/billing departments and this is ridiculous. To make it worse, my husband passed away and it causes pain each time I get another bill from them.
