I was cashing a check and arriving at 4:45pm right before they were ready to close. I usually feel safer to cash in person since it is a fairly large sum.The eastern Indian staff approached me and instructed me to use the ATM, which I did and it was done in less than a minute without continuing waiting. She also out of professional courtesy asked me anything else she could do for me. She knew one of my mailed checks was washed and she immediately suggested me reopen a new one and close the old one just in case.I was quite surprised because where I reported the washed check, the brach banker did not say anything about this and he was quite slow and relaxed in handling...read full review

I definitely prefer this branch. It's on the smaller size, but I actually like that as it's rarely overcrowded and the inside is clean and neat. Whenever I'm here I usually don't have to wait long to see a teller and there is rarely a wait for the ATMs.The tellers I've interacted with have been friendly and knowledgeable. One even waived the fee for the cashier's check when I had a bit of a wait. Great customer service!Parking is always plentiful and the bank is close to Cerritos mall and Target.
