Century 21 Classic Estates seems to prioritize older, established agents who cater exclusively to their own ethnic clientele, making it difficult for newer agents or those from diverse backgrounds to feel supported or included. This creates an environment that feels closed off and unwelcoming to both agents and clients who don’t fit into their preferred mold.

In a profession that should emphasize inclusivity and community, this approach is not only outdated but also counterproductive. I hope the leadership takes steps to foster a more supportive and diverse culture that welcomes all agents and serves all clients fairly, regardless of their background.

Received a cold call from realtor Adrian. His voicemail was hard to understand and unprofessional. I called back asking what he needed? He mumbled something about a free evaluation. I asked him to please remove my number and don’t call again. He was rude with his reply and hung up on me while I was speaking. This is all after the secretary put me on a long hold. Total bad taste in my mouth with this place. Train the staff to be professional. Two thumbs down.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with Jenny Kang as a real estate professional. My dealings with her have been fraught with numerous issues that have made my living situation extremely difficult. First and foremost, Jenny Kang has demonstrated a lack of commitment to maintaining her properties. The apartment I rented from her was in a state of disrepair, with multiple maintenance issues that were never adequately addressed despite repeated requests. Basic amenities were often malfunctioning, and it took weeks, sometimes months, to get any response or action from her. Communication with Jenny Kang has been another significant problem. She is often unresponsive to calls and emails, making it incredibly frustrating to get any issues resolved. This lack of communication and accountability has left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a tenant. Furthermore, her approach to property management seems to prioritize profit over the well-being of her tenants. There have been instances where sudden and unreasonable rent increases were imposed, adding financial strain without any corresponding improvements to the living conditions. In summary, my experience with Jenny Kang has been overwhelmingly negative. Her unprofessionalism, neglect of property maintenance, and poor communication make her one of the worst real estate professionals I've encountered. I would strongly advise potential tenants and buyers to consider other options to avoid the frustrations and challenges I have faced with her.
