I went to Dr. Elias for a broken ankle. Surgery went well, as did recovery afterwards. The reason for the poor review was what happened after the procedure. Dr. Elias has absolutely not bedside manner. I felt I was bothering him with my questions regarding my recovery. I would ask multiple questions and he would give quick replies and sometimes when replying he would already be walking out of the room, I understand he is busy and has a lot of patients to see, but he needs to understand the importance of answering his patients questions, Office staff was nice but I think it is ridiculous that they charge you 25 dollars to have them fill out disability paper work or charge 25 dollars to fax a paper. I may be wrong on their prices because I was charged differently at times for the same service. Also, having them fill out disability paperwork was a long wait and most of the time they didn't know what office it was at and had me going to different offices to pick it up. When asking questions from my physical therapist Dr Elias basically blew me off and said that I need to try harder in Physical therapy. I told this to my Physical therapist and she said to get a second opinion.. I went to a new orthopedic surgeon and I couldn't believe the difference. The surgeon took time to explain my old x rays that I supplied him, He also took new X-rays and took about 15 minutes explaining everything going on with my ankle and why its not healing as it should. It was such a drastic difference and I will be seeing this new surgeon for any further procedures or check ups needed.

Doctor Elias and his staff are amazing! Though it's a busy office, staff handles it expeditious and efficiently processing patients! I am due to have a knee reconstruction and I trust Dr. Elias totally!

Staff was professional and courteous . Service was excellent . Everyone was so nice and made me feel really comfortable . The facility was clean and well maintained. Overall it was a great experience.
