Specifically want to shout out, Martin (escalation manager), Who was super helpful when I hit a speed bump. He gave great customer service and made sure I was well taken care of.

I had responded to a Facebook ad to inquire about solar energy and within hours had every solar company in a 50 mile radius call me to set up an appointment for a sales presentation. Don't do that. Anyways one of the companies was Better Earth; they sent Jacob to give the presentation. He was professional, clear and concise about how Better Earth does solar panel systems. The type of panels used, production capacity and thermal imaging to ensure the arrangement would completely cover our current electric usage. A representative of a company installing solar panels ( Better Hearth Solar) in our neighborhood knocked on our door, and my husband and I decided to hear their proposal. The negotiations and project planning for our home were handled with minimal pressure from the company but with great attention to detail. After two years of completely trouble-free operation, we discovered a roof leak related to the solar installation. I contacted their customer service, including the agent we worked with two years ago.
