My floor needed new tile. I called around and used this company after getting many quotes. Arthurs staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job. The floor looks great. No issues.

I needed the awful carpet and kitchen tile in my condo ripped up and replaced with wood laminate, so I asked for recommendations online in a group I'm in with other women in Long Beach and nearby areas. I chose the recommendation for Arthur's Flooring because one woman mentioned that they did a great job and the price was half what other companies were quoting her. I've never managed a home renovation before so the process seemed daunting. To all the people who are reading this..please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Miguel is by far the worst estimator I have ever come across. His communication in explaining the estimate is horrific. He is aggressive and indirectly says u are an idiot if u do not understand the estimate. Just imagine how it will be once u sign the agreement and the work has started. BEWARE! Read Teddy W's review. There are hundreds of other contractors out there. Save yourself a headache and go with someone else.
