Very late post. However this is too good not to post! It was my first time coming here & I left pretty satisfied! I originally wanted to get my nails done by Jessica because I heard alot of good things about her. However she was busy the time I went, so one of her colleagues hooked me up! I'm so sorry I forgot your name but everyone loved my nails because of you! You put my ideas to life! She was so patient with me when I was picking the design & colors. She took her time with the detail to make sure I was satisfied. We used builder gel to create the look! Will come back if I ever need some cute nails done again!
I've been coming here consistently for about 4-5 months now and have had a different nail technician each time. I have never been disappointed! They are all so nice and friendly, my nails always turn out amazing and last until I come in again. I always get gel builder and I have never had a nail break, chip, or lift. I have gone 5 weeks before getting a fill, but usually come in after 3. I'll never get acrylic or dip again, I feel like my nails tolerate the gel builder better and they last so much longer. I will also note that the last time I was there I had to wait a little bit past my appointment time because a customer before me bumped her nail. No big deal, I was still looking at colors and drinking my coffee. My nail technician was so sweet and kept apologizing even though I told her that I completely understand and it was no bother, they're always so nice and do an amazing job. At the end of the service she still gave me a couple dollars off since I had to wait. Completely unexpected and unnecessary but also very thoughtful.
I used to go to this nail salon every 3 weeks 6-7 years ago, and today was my first time back since. I was not expected to be recognized by the owner, Jessica, since it’s been several years but as soon as I came in she rushed to me and hugged me ? she has never failed to make me and my family feel welcomed every time we’ve come here and she’s truly the best. This is my family’s favorite salon. Thank you Jessica and team! <3 (:
