We mistakenly edited the review on the Jose from two months ago, who we were not happy with. We were trying to write a review for the Jose who came today 11/26/25 - he did an excellent job! Additionally, Walter was also great!

Sergio was on time and professional. He had previous inspections pulled so he could pay attention to those areas. He asked multiple times what else he could inspect. Upon completion, he reminded us to call at first sign of termites.
