Regular visits. Haven’t seen or heard any pests in the house. However we did pay to have all entry points to the house sealed up but I keep seeing a recommendation on his report that there are still access points. I have not seen the rat in the garage lately but the set rat traps are still empty.Services: Rodent extermination

Rigoberto Perez was very professional. He took his time inspecting the house and under side of the house. He presented his findings to in detail and what my options are. Rate quoted by him is a reasonable price.
