Also, I have him doing the pest control service at my son's preschool and they've been extremely happy with his service (and the pricing) compared to the previous vendor. Communication is one of the most important qualities in a trusted vendor and ABZ Pest Control excels in this area. Mike is very responsive and is able to respond to a service call either the same day or within two business days at most. He also will explain the cause of the issue and his plan to resolve. Sometimes an issue can't be resolved in one service and customers have to understand that.
