Mandy's customer service is everything customer service should be. She was inviting, easy to communicate with, explained all the member options available, explained how each machine worked, how the process works when I return, and listened to my needs then gave great feedback. The facility is immaculate. The in-store music was at a comfortable volume. There is plenty of products to purchase.

I started my monthly subscription before the pandemic and they were still were open with safety precautions! I needed to tan before leaving for my destination wedding. Great place! The monthly prescription is the best!?

Place is always clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable however a few times I've been there at 10 am when they were supposed to open and no employee there to open shop. waited 15-20 minutes still not open.... Very disappointing (Ceres location)
