Golden Valley Health Centers' Ceres Whitmore Medical Clinic provides primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, and chiropractic services. Many patients report very good experiences with their doctors, describing them as amazing, sweet, and as practitioners who listen to questions and concerns. The chiropractic care is also noted as very good. However, experiences with the front desk staff vary. Some find the staff very nice and helpful, while others feel they do not care about patient health or safety. There are also complaints about appointment confusion and having to wait outside in all weather conditions, even when early. The clinic accepts many insurance plans and offers a sliding fee program.
I called the phone number and they told me I could walk into any golden valley without an appointment. When I arrive they say I have to have an appointment. The lobby was completely empty. They did help me make an appointment at another health center but I wish they had just taken me in as my throat was closing up. The ladies at the computers do not care too much about your health or safety. It's just a job to them.
My Daughter sees Dr. Badam, and let me say this lady is nothing less than amazing. She always hears us out and actually listens if we have any questions or concerns. I’m extremely happy to have her as my Child’s Doctor

I impressed, open door on time, very clean,friendly workers, doctor Yin is very professional...work fast and focus on every my word what i tell her! Before doc Yin i had very bad experience with other docs!!!💔😞
