I got my lashes done by Cristina last Tuesday. She made me sign a release that said she only guarantees her work for 48 hours. Almost as soon as it hit the 58 hour mark my eyelashes started coming off in chunks. I messaged her about it and she said it would be $25 and gave me limited availability. When I told her none of those times worked for me she ghosted. Cut to 4 days after my lash extensions and my right eye the lashes are basically non existent. I have like 3 lashes left. Yesterday it had been 6 days and they look terrible. I told her I want some of my money back to get them fixed somewhere else. I can't say how good their work is but I can say their customer service is definitely lacking. I've called several times to schedule an appointment and have not had a return phone call. If you are too busy and not accepting new clients it would be very courteous to return a phone call and let people know that. Ignoring potential customers is not a very good business practice.
