We performed surgery on Mark and Michelle Burchell's dog on 4/12/23. When they arrived to pickup they brought $500 less than the balance. They promised they would pay the balance in 2 weeks. We were not ok with this but had no choice.We reached out a couple times for payment but they never answered or replied. Finally after multiple texts, today 7/6/23, they tried to negotiate paying a lessor amount than what was owed. Then they said they would get us paid today. We still have not received payment.A financial advisor who is willing to steal from a veterinarian who performed surgery on his dog is most certainly a professional who would steal from you as a financial client....read full review
