Cannot say enough good things about this academy! It is an amazing place for kiddos and adults. Very welcoming to experienced grapplers and newbies, alike. So many different classes offered, including women’s only class for any ladies unsure about where to start and would like a comfortable place to learn alongside other women of varying ages, experience levels, body types, etc. I never knew how impactful jiu jitsu would be before being introduced to the sport and now I am forever grateful Joey and Lindsay created this space that has brought nothing but amazing benefits to my entire family.
Fantastic teachers and a very fun and easy going atmosphere. My toddler loves the parents and tots class and the women's class has been an awesome introduction for myself. Highly recommend checking them out whatever your level is.
Professor Joey is a longtime grappler and a former United States Marine Sergeant. He wrestled in high school and also in college for NCAA Champion Paul Keysaw. He is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under the legendary Jean Jacques Machado. He has traveled the world teaching and competing on the professional level.
