Patrick's is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction. If you want quality he's the guy for the job. He's done a lot of work at our property and we couldn't be happier.

Patrick is amazing. If he says he can do something, he will do an amazing job. If he can't do a job, he will tell you that too. He helped us rebuild our whole house. We moved the kitchen & bathrooms, added instant hot water, changed closets, built retaining walls, replaced our sidewalk, moved a fireplace, and built a large deck. I'm sure there's a lot more that I've forgotten.

We were so lucky to find Douglas Construction & be able to work with Gen'l. Contractor Patrick. We own a home in the Cazadero area & had to redo the bedroom, bathroom, breakfast room & family room, as the house was old and needed major upgrades. We also needed outdoor work done including laying our driveways and rebuilding fences. When you have a project that big, you really need to find someone that can not only do the actual work, but to problem solve wonky and outdated systems & to advise on how to bring the house up to code without spending a fortune doing it.
