Serenity Congregate Care is a wonderful and great facility that provides exceptional care. The staff is warm, caring, professional, kind, attentive, and compassionate. They display genuine concern and go above and beyond for residents, treating them with the utmost respect and making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. The team is dedicated and makes residents feel like part of a family. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. It is accommodating to residents' needs, helping to schedule appointments and arrange transportation. The nursing and care staff provide top-notch support, including wound care and physical therapy. Many describe the experience as amazing, a home away from home, and award it a ten out of ten. Families express deep gratitude for the peace of mind and exceptional care given to their loved ones, highly recommending Serenity Congregate Care.
I'd like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care and support that my sister received while at Serenity Congregate Care. The staff displayed a genuine concern for her well being and comfort during her stay I am especially grateful to Alexis whose kindness, compassion and thoughtfulness was sincerely appreciated by my entire family. My husband was at this facility for months! The nurses and CNA’s went above and beyond, cared for my husband and had saved his life on multiple occasions. They have become part of our family.
All employees were professional and kind. Facility was great and accommodating to all my husband’s needs. They scheduled all appointments and set up any transportations that were needed.
This is a great facility and I would suggest for any loved ones.
