Ames took our light beige sofa, which in some places was showing very grey and black patches of dirt (especially along the piping and the cushion where our cat likes to sleep), and make it look virtually new. He was prompt, courteous and honest. He guaranteed us an 80% improvement but it's near 100%. Scheduling was a breeze and the price was fair. I highly recommend.
