Place is very friendly and professional. The staff are open to chatting so long as it doesn’t interfere with work which is a plus if you’re that type of person. Just don’t move around too much cause they can’t fix any big mistakes(never seen it happen).I go on in once a week on Sunday specifically whenever I get the chance. The fellow with the gelled back black hair usually on the left in the back is very professional and knows what he’s doing though I usually get my haircut from the lady upfront on the left. I was looking for a new place to go to besides the usual populated places around the Valley. I didn't feel like going to a crowded place and found this place. Decided to give it a try based on reviews, and had my daughters first Haircuts here. I called to see if they did Walk- In or by appointment only, and they scheduled me withing an Hour and a half. I was pretty excited for that so we didn't have to wait much after we walked in, they took the down their name and the ladies were very professional and nice. Julia made finding a new stylist seamless. I wish I'd found her years ago!! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted. The way I style my hair has been causing damage over time and Julia gave very sound advice on how to continue to style without causing more damage and to actually start repairing it!! I LOVE THIS PLACE.
