Really good gym. Only issues - changing room space is a bit too tight at peak times and a few of the machines that are most in demand are sometimes impossible to use. There ought to be more than one of these, as there is enough space.
There is something for everyone at this fantastic gym facility. The In-Shape gym in Cathedral City is a large, well-lighted, clean and comfortable place to exercise! The Cathedral City In-Shape gym has terrific, friendly employees who keep everything running smoothly. In my view, In-Shape this gym is a stand-out amongst all gyms in southern California.
I like the cleanliness, the variety of spaces. Staff are great and friendly. Equipment gets fixed. The space is looked after. Pool is wonderful. Reservations using the app are great. A great gym!
