I was seen today buy some older doctor after waiting almost 2 hours for a ingrown toenail that I had removed once but when he walked in all I got was a visual assessment from like 5 ft away and I thought it being removed would be the best thing but instead all he did was prescribe antibiotics for it when I was bloody and in pain and just walked out this is by far the worst treatment by a doctor I've ever had I would've liked to leave negative stars
If you were looking for clinic to straight you around miscommunicate misinform and waste your time, this is the clinic for you time and time again I came in and was told to take a seat fill out paperwork to be called up to 30 minutes later to be told no ma’am, your schedule appointment is to be over the phone, not in person I respond. Why didn’t you tell me this when I was given this paperwork to fill out the locker responsibility and accountability insane all she tells me is that the person that made the schedule appointment should have told me that same and tell me it is in person, but unfortunately, the physician is locked out of her computer with the same sentence....read full review
TL;DR - Avoid this health center! Inexperience and incompetence make for a big mistake on your part coming here for your health.
Had an appointment with Emma Bermudez weeks ago. I was supposed to get a few referrals, but after waiting over a month and calling my insurance they said they never got any referrals from this location.
I called for a status update on the referrals, and got this really rude, lazy woman answering the phone insisting that she couldn't just print out my referral information like a normal health system (Eisenhower) and she insisted I instead jump through more hoops to make her life easier and have other people send me the referral...read full review
