I can't say enough good things about Williams Roofing. They actually answer their phones, have very competitive prices, are extremely professional and I've never seen a crew work harder. After the heavy storms and gusty winds that we had in January and March of 2023. My wood shakes began flying away. I knew it was time to replace the roof, but who should I call? I began by getting the HOA permit for the roof replacement, that was awful, it took me 50 days to get it approved. Finally, I began my quest. I searched through the web and found a couple of local companies; I live in Hollister and the common and official ones came to my door to give me an estimate. Long story short: I checked with three local companies and Williams Roofing (Which is not local to me since they are in Castroville). After reviewing the quotes, I realized that Williams offered the best deal, besides, the professionalism shown by Mr. Bob List that was extraordinary. A man with many years of experience in the business. He came to assess my property, got on top of the roof, measured and calculated everything and offered me to repair a few other things that he noticed were wrong. Just beautiful. So, I decided to hire Williams Roofing Company. No doubt they were the ones!The day of the roof change came quickly, the crew arrived on time to deliver the materials, while another crew started striping the roof. It took them about one day to do that and the next day, I had a second crew doing the rest of the work. By the way, we went from "Wood shakes to Shingles." Mr. List and the other companies that gave me a quote had suggested not to do wood shakes anymore since they were three times more expensive, and the insurance companies didn't approve those that easily anymore.It took only three days, and the roof was ready, my neighbors were impressed about the speed and quality of work I had gotten, besides the affordable price/value. We wouldn't have done it without the help of Williams Roofing Company, its team and especially, Mr. List, and his fantastic crews, including his office staff (Karen). Their customer service is fantastic, I was even able to speak with Mrs. Williams and she is a very sweet lady, she helped me a lot.I wholeheartedly recommend Williams Roofing to be your Roofing Company of choice. You won't regret it... I will recommend the company too, to my friends, neighbors and family members. Cheers to a job well done!
Had to put on a new roof after State Farm informed us they would cancel our homeowners since we had a wood shake roof. Williams presented the lowest bid. Had many excellent reviews from various sites as well as a couple of friends who used them. Everything from start to finish went smoothly and very professionally.
