Eagle Emblems shipped our ordered items using the wrong shipping method; they ignored what we requested, and up-charged us on the shipping for signature confirmation, and we never asked for it. Eagle Emblems thus far has had very poor follow-up. We've left voicemail for the Sales Manager / Customer Service, but they won't call back to resolve shipping discrepancies and issue a refund. Their products are okay, but their customer service department and drop-shipping program needs a lot of help! You may want to try a different supplier.
