Had one of our bathrooms completely gutted and replaced all equipment and fixtures. We knew Ric's has been around a while and we wanted a one stop local shop so to speak. They took care of everything from start to finish including managing permits and inspections. The crew and sub contractors were always on site when they said they would and they were all trustworthy and professional. That is huge for us. Plus the quality of work is flawless. Cindy, the project manager was always informative and gave us some good insights for our choices. Fidel and Gustavo always let us know what was happening on site. Even our old dog was happy to see them. We are happy with the project and look forward to other projects with Rics.
Ric's is a top of the line business. Hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I went into his shop because I knew it had been there for years and years so I knew it was reliable. I loved working with them as a design team for my new kitchen, family room and bathroom shower. I wanted top quality material and expertise in installation and I got them both in spades! They offer a large selection of cabinets in varying price ranges. I highly recommend them to all!
Rude. This guy might do great work. I never tried him due to the fact the few times I've gone into the store, he seems inconvenienced and uninterested. I understand/and it is clear he only wants to do big jobs, as with most contractors, clearly can't be bothered. At the same time, I get the feeling if he did a job for me and there were issues, he would not be accountable. Take it with a grain of salt, I've never used his services.
