I had a wonderful experience at Q Cuts! I came in at the very last minute because my sister decided she wanted to surprise and treat me to a birthday gift. I had no idea what I wanted and hadn't even planned on getting a haircut that day. My stylist, Paula, took really great care of me from start to finish. She spent time getting to know me, listened to my concerns, and understood my style. Paula later gave me a keratin treatment that left my hair feeling super airy and silky! (I must've ran my hand through my hair 1,000 times after LOL). I am very satisfied with my haircut and will definitely be back the next time I am due for a touch-up. Sonia did a great job with my thick hair. She took the time to listen, explain her recommendations, and carefully remove bulk without taking off too much length. My hair feels so much lighter, has more movement, and is much easier to manage. I left very happy with the result and will definitely be back! 😊
