First of all, just want to say thank you so much Dalia for teaching us how to properly eat and how much our body needs throughout the day. It’s been over 2 months since our first consultation, me and my husband have never felt so much better. We have more energy , we sleep better , we are seeing changes in our bodies and so far it’s been an amazing journey. We aren’t done yet, but I know we will be satisfied at the end of our joinery. Dalia is a wonderful nutritionist, I highly recommend starting your journey with her. I encountered this business when looking for some helpwith my nutrition.I was doing research on my own and trying to connectdots and formulate my own meal plans but I was notgetting the results I was looking for.With RESULTS, it was very easy and straight forward,Dalia listened to my goals and meal likes/dislikesto formulate a plan that adjusted to my schedule aswell.Now after working with her for multiple weeks I havelearned to understand how should I structure mymeals, how much I need without really needing to be soprecise, and achieve my goals.I would definitely recommend her.

I was on the look out for a nutritionist for a while and I came across Dalia. She was so quick to respond and immediately gave me an appointment. She answered all my questions and helped me choose the right foods in order to lose weight. Highly recommend
