Kelly is the absolute BEST!! She literally just saved my thumb nail when nothing else over the last 3 years has worked. I suffered from a severe nail accident due to using my thumb to push out a frozen ice cube (never will make that mistake again!) and accidentally separated my nail from the nail bed resulting in a substantial injury. My doctor told me it was so damaged it would likely never heal and be normal again. Then the nail was injured further by a different nail salon continuing to put dip on my injured nail resulting in a hematoma under the nail as confirmed by my doctor. I was so upset I came to Kelly and asked if she could help me. 3 years is a long time to live with a nail that wasn't healing and it was painful most of the time. Kelly told me the dip was too heavy for the injured nail. We agreed to only apply gel polish, keep the nail short, she taught me how to keep it super dry underneath and gave me drops to put under my nail twice a day. Well 3 months later and my nail is completely healed!! I'm so happy it literally brought tears to my eyes. I'm so very grateful for Kelly's expertise and guidance helping to heal my injured nail. I'm also so glad I didn't listen to my doctor and give up hope. Kelly is nothing short of amazing, kind, talented, caring, always warm and welcoming and the woman knows her nail science!!! Thank you Kelly for healing my nail and for making my nail beautiful again.
